My whole life, no matter whether I was programming computers, creating video or managing web products, there’s always been a common theme: Make people happy. If it’s a software product, make it an efficient software product. If video, make the viewers smile.  In all my jobs the basics are: I get the customer requirements, prioritize requirements and identify the "must have" features. In travel the requirements are destination, hotel or vessel, duration, age group and activities.

The love of travel is in my soul.  Prior to entering video production I ran a travel business based in Miami specializing in groups. And when I had the opportunity to chose travel again, I jumped onboard.  I made an investment in a Cruise Planners franchise. I chose this company for two main reasons. Technology and Training. Cruise Planners technology is tops and their I.T. department is very responsive if I have any questions. CP is also invested in our education. Travel planners are continually being educated and certified to keep our knowledge up-to-date.
